We love this vintage home in the historical Baker District. The steep roof had space decking so large and rotted that one wrong step would have caused someone to fall straight through. Adding to the issue was a heavy layer of wood shake beneath the asphalt shingle.
Our skilled crew tore off the existing shingles, re-decked it and replaced the shingles while maintaining the integrity of the original woodwork. Flashing was installed to protect the roof from leaks where the previous roofer had neglected to add any. The detached garage was updated with a new Polyglass cap sheet. The Quarry Gray roof looks great with the blue painted brick and yellow trim.
