This roof in Westminster was was damaged by a hail storm in 2018 degranulating shingles in some areas and removing whole pieces in others. The vents were rusted and old.
We tore the old shingle down to the deck, installed ice and water per code and installed a strong Owens Corning Shingle with matching contemporary vents. We also remedied several shortcuts taken by the previous contractor.
