Exceptional Exteriors LLC was founded by experienced roofing professional Steve Burns in 1999 to provide quality roofing and fantastic customer service to homeowners in Colorado.

Our goal is to ensure every single customer is completely satisfied, which is why we provide our own 5 year workmanship warranty on top of all manufacturer warranties. No matter what roofing problem you may have, we have a quality solution.

About the Owners

Steve Burns

Steve Burns, co-owner of Exceptional Exteriors LLC

Steve Burns founded the company in 1999 after an extensive career in the roofing industry. Steve worked in the insurance industry as a licensed Catastrophe Adjuster and gained insurance claims expertise while working to help homeowners recover from hurricanes Katrina, Wilma and Ike, as well as many other wind and hail storms throughout the country.

With this experience under his belt and the drive to help more customers, Steve started his own roofing company, including insurance claims assistance. Steve is proud of the team that provides quality and integrity on every job.

Francesca Juenger

Francesca Juenger, co-owner of Exceptional Exteriors LLC

Francesca Juenger began her career in roofing and business management in 2000 after leaving the tech industry. Francesca has experience in all aspects of insurance related construction, from billing insurance to working with project management.

Francesca grew up in Steamboat Springs before moving to Denver. She loves camping, hiking and traveling with her husband and two sons.
